  4. Content – This shall include all promotional information and marketing communications that the owners deem relevant, whether or not directly linked to this site. Any and all promotional content, if any, as well as any and all email communication, any products or offers or services offered by our advertisers. The Content will also include all personal data of customers gathered by means of voluntary questionnaires.
  5. The Service/s – All services offered from time to time.
  6. Subscribe/Subscribing – a Voluntary act of subscribing to receive communications from both the Affinity Data  and its advertisers.
  7. advertiser – Any party which collaborates with the Affinity Data , from time to time, for the purpose of directing communications at a targeted market for marketing opportunities.

Joining and Cancellation

The User hereby acknowledges that his/her joining of this web based community is entirely voluntary and subject to the following:

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be binding to the User on acceptance;
  2. The User hereby granting permission to Affinity Data  to contact the User with advertising material made by Affinity Data  or their advertisers.
  3. The User shall be entitled to opt out of all communications from Affinity Data  by clicking on the Opt Out Link provided on any email communication from Affinity Data . Users can also contact Affinity Data  directly to have themselves removed form the members list. Affinity Data  shall not be held responsible for any of its advertisers failing to comply with this condition.


Unless specifically stated in these terms and conditions, Affinity Data  does not offer any warranties/guarantees relating to the use of this Website and/or the Services offered by Affinity Data  or any of their advertisers.

The User acknowledges that his/her communications and interactions or participation in any promotions made by the Affinity Data  through the Service are subject to the terms, conditions and warranties specified in such communication and interactions. The following conditions shall apply to any Services offered to the User by Affinity Data  or its advertisers:

The User hereby agrees and grants permission to Affinity Data  to make available any Personal Information to the relevant Advertiser where it may be useful to the Advertiser whereby such information will enable the Advertiser and/or Operator on behalf of the Advertiser provide the relevant Service to the User.;
  2. The Services shall be subject to the terms, conditions and limitations imposed by the relevant Advertiser;
  3. Affinity Data shall be exempt from any agreement/contract entered into between the Advertiser and the User.
  4. While always endeavoring to acquire the best possible levels of Service, Affinity Data will not monitor or evaluate Services offered to the User by our advertisers.
  5. It is the responsibility of the User to evaluate the product on offer from the Advertiser.
  6. It is understood that Affinity Data  does not represent that the Content is correct, reliable, appropriate, accurate or lawful. It is the responsibility of the User to determine the appropriateness and/or validity of said Content.


The User acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. no relaxation, extension of time, latitude or indulgence which Affinity Data  may show, grant or allow to the User shall in any way constitute a waiver by Affinity Data  of any of its rights in terms of these terms and conditions and Affinity Data  shall not thereby be prejudiced or in any way be stopped from exercising any of its rights against the User which may have then already arisen or which may arise thereafter;
  2. These terms and conditions constitute the entire contract between the User and Affinity Data .
  3. No alteration, variation or amendment of these terms and conditions shall be of any force or effect unless incorporated herein. The User undertakes to read these terms and conditions every time he/she uses the Website to familiarise himself/herself with the amendments effected, if any.

Intellectual Property

  1. It is not permissible for the User to copy or display any portion of the website for the purpose of redistribution to a third party. No information or Content contained in this website may be used by the User for commercial purposes. Affinity Data will at all times remain the Sole Owner of any and all information contained in this website.
  2. The User shall not tamper or manipulate the Website and the information appearing on the Website in any manner whatsoever.
  3. All rights, title and interest in and to the Intellectual Property as well as the copyrights and other rights of whatever nature relating to the information appearing on the Website shall, unless owned by third parties, at all times vest solely in Affinity Data .

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  1. Affinity Data offers no guarantees as to the completeness or accuracy of the information contained in this website. No guarantees are offered that the information contained in the website is up to date. The User acknowledges that he/she is using the website and all it’s components entirely at own risk.

The User assumes and accepts full responsibility for any loss that may result from the use of this website and/or Service.  Affinity Data  will not be held liable for any special, indirect, incidental, accidental, consequential or any other damages whatsoever, whether in contract, (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise, relating to the use of the Website and/or the Service and the User indemnifies Affinity Data  accordingly. Affinity Data shall not be held responsible or liable for the loss or compromise of any and all personal information of the User.
  3. Affinity Data shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever the User may suffer as a result of his/ her use of this website and its Content or of any dealings with any of the Affinity Data .
  4. The User acknowledges that Affinity Data shall not be responsible or held liable for any unauthorised use of Personal Information by any Third Party including but not limited to the Affinity Data .
General Terms:
  1. Permission is required by parents or guardians for any person entering under the age of 18;
  2. Affinity Data will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the service is always available but does not guarantee its availability;
  3. To the extent permitted by law, Affinity Data, telephone networks, or service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction;
  4. Enquiries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Affinity Data database;
  5. Affinity Data is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an user or occurring during transmission;
  6. Affinity Data is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any, computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition;
